PS Cristal – Packing for Lyophilized Reagents and Similar

Released in 2005, the packaging PS Crystal has been developed for the storage and transportation of lyophilized reagents and similar, used mostly for radiolabeling in the field of nuclear medicine. Its configuration allows adjustments to accommodate other pharmaceuticals and related, according to the standards and specifications required by the market and regulators.

Produced transparent and high performance plastic, it is composed of two parts: base and cap/seal, which dispenses a specific position to be closed. Pino Lacre®, patented by MMConex, while optimizing the closing operation, streamlines the process of handling and shipping by 50% and increases the access security to radiopharmaceutical. 

To open, simply twist the cap and the Pino Lacre breaks down and remains stored inside the packaging. The method avoids disposing of any waste and certifies that the product has not been tampered previously.

With capacity for up to five vials, transparency of PS Cristal identifies the drug transported and possible breakdowns as well as streamlines the conference of inventory by the customer and increases security at the time of use, minimizing the risks of irregular handling.

The PS Crystal is present in all hospitals and clinics in Brazil that have the nuclear medicine service.
